If you have placed an order and require personalisation service on any of our products, please include the order number and items description with your message plus requirements for embroidery. We will come back to you as soon as possible with details required to complete the process. Please be aware that most of our orders are shipped within 2-4 working days and any personalisation orders can be taken only before it is out for delivery.
